Commissioned by Jupiduu, this children's rocker redefines traditional playroom furniture through a completely unique and independent form factor. Manufactured in Germany from high-quality wood, the design strikes a perfect balance between playful functionality and sophisticated aesthetics. The primary objective was to create a piece that seamlessly integrates into premium, minimalist Scandinavian living environments, providing joy for children without visually disrupting the sophisticated decor of a modern home.

Our role was to translate Jupiduu’s vision into a sculptural, user-centered product that bridges the gap between high-end furniture design and child safety. We developed a holistic design language that challenges the typical "loud" aesthetic of children's toys. By merging clever engineering with a clean silhouette, we delivered a timeless, functional sculpture that parents are proud to display in their living rooms and children love to interact with.

Design Details
The defining feature of the rocker is its iconic, circular handles. Instead of being separate attachments, these handles seamlessly protrude through the seat surface and extend downward to form the structural runners underneath, creating a beautiful, continuous flow.
Safety is elegantly embedded into this geometric form: the runners are intentionally inset from the edge of the seat. This smart offset ensures that if a child instinctively grips the outer edge of the seat while rocking, the runners remain safely inside, preventing them from rolling over the child's fingers. Combined with a soft, muted color palette and the premium feel of precision-crafted wood, every detail reflects a thoughtful, minimalist approach.
The classic Venus design has been updated with a smooth, unified finish. Rubberized grip elements are thoughtfully integrated to allow for a safe and secure shave, no matter how you hold it. The result is a product of tangible quality; its increased weight provides a more controlled and comfortable shave, while its elegant design seamlessly blends into the modern bathroom interior.
